Our Clients are covered by a performance based Conditional Money – Back Warranty administered under the following terms and conditions:

• At the end of the contract and at the Client’s request, N-2 Focus Solutions™ will conduct an audit of the Client’s account to determine the number of negative items removed from the credit report during the term of the contract.
• A value of $80 is assigned to each item removed.
• If the dollar value of the items removed is less than the amount paid by the Client for the services, the difference is refunded to the Client.
• For example, if N-2 Focus Solutions™ were successful in removing five negative items, the dollar value of those items would be $400. If the Client paid $500 for services, the Client would be entitled to a refund of $100.
• If N-2 Focus Solutions™ were unsuccessful in removing any negative items from the credit report, the Client would be entitled
  to a full refund.
